To promote a variety of capabilities that QuickBooks offers, our team at Critical Mass created two video series to target our "Early Starts" audience—new business owners who are early on in their entrepreneurial journey—at various stages in their businesses across socials and YouTube.

The first set of videos highlight that pivotal moment every small business owner eventually faces—that moment when they realize they can't keep doing things like running payroll and bookkeeping manually if they want to continue to grow.

Our team identified and highlighted this moment, calling it a "Bizpiphany," while positioning QuickBooks as the solution to help Early Starts run and grow their business with more ease.

Our second set of videos highlight the ironic juxtaposition that comes with a small business owner being a master at what they do—whether that's building furniture or making pizzas—but feeling completely clueless when it comes to running the business side of things.

From tracking expenses and mileage, to paying invoices, each video highlights a different QuickBooks tool that can help Early Starts run their business better.
